We focus on giving advice to clients as to what they should do now to cover for future situations when if one day they become incapable of taking care of their own affairs.  

Apart from assisting our clients to daft the traditional wills which take effect after death of a person, we focus more on drawing up documents for our clients to cover for situations before death when they becomes incapable of taking care of their own affairs. 

We also will assist in attending to registration of the subject documents with the High Court of Hong Kong to make sure that the appointed attorney can act immediately when the person who has executed the Enduring Powers of Attorney becomes mentally incapable.
